Cave 305: A New Chapter by Rakija Hospitality

June 26, 2025

Miami Beach is about to welcome something bold. Cave 305 is the latest concept from Rakija Hospitality, the group behind Montana and Rakija Lounge, and it’s bringing an entirely new energy to Collins Avenue.

Located at 1560 Collins Ave, Suite 3&4, Cave 305 is designed for those who appreciate quality food, strong drinks, and a good time that doesn’t need to end early. The space will be open daily from 9 am to 2 am, offering everything from morning brunch to late-night cocktails.

The food menu is thoughtfully split across the day. Brunch is served from 9 am to 4 pm, followed by a solid happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm. Dinner runs from 6 pm to midnight, headlined by generous plates, bold flavors, and what we’re calling the biggest steak you’ve ever seen. And we mean it.

While the kitchen closes at midnight, the full bar stays open until 2 am, making Cave 305 one of the few spots in South Beach where the vibe carries well into the night without losing its sense of quality.

This is not just another restaurant. Cave 305 is a reflection of Rakija Hospitality’s roots—where good food, genuine service, and a sense of place come together in a way that feels natural and memorable.

We’re proud to be expanding, and even prouder of what we’re building. Stay tuned for the official opening date.

Cave 305 is coming soon.
